Royal Wedding - Celebration or Bore?

  Dear Observer,

We have had very mixed reports in anticipation of the Royal Wedding on 29 July and we have decided to conduct  a Day Survey to assess the balance of feeling and I hope that you will also be interested.

If so, what you have to do is simply report the details of how you spent Wednesday 29 July from getting up until bedtime.  If the Royal wedding does not affect your day that is just as important as if it does; whatever you are doing we would like to hear about it.

For this one operation we would be grateful for any visual materials - snaps or drawings, leaflets, programmes, tickets etc which relate to your personal experiences e.g. if you are having a party.

IF YOU DO HAVE MATERIAL RELATING TO OUR SUMMER DIRECTIVE ON THE ROYAL     WEDDING (SEE PARTICULAR B) YOU COULD SEND IN THE TWO TOGETHER BUT PLEASE MARK THE DIARY OF THE DAY CLEARLY
