Odjias lives in Benin, a tiny West African Country that had a remarkable political transformation in 1990. The then dictator stepped down and agreed to have general elections. Unfortunately democracy did not lead to the much better living standards. Nutrition, schooling and health care remain poor for a majority of the population. Go back to my profile
