Me on a windy day
At the moment I am a research student at The Chichester Institute, where I also work part-time as a lecturer in media studies. My research is focussing on representations of women's motorcycling from the very early days of 'motorbicycling' until the present day. I will also be developing an oral history of women's experiences of motorcycling going as far back in time as is possible. I have been into motorcycling since the late 1970s. My first ever bike was a Suzuki AP50 which did at least 60mph plus, and as such left FS1E riders in cloud of dust!
