Highdown Tea Rooms
HOW TO GET THERE
Highdown Tea Rooms is situated on the top of Highdown Hill, which is just off the A259 about 3 miles outside of Worthing in the direction of Littlehampton. Following the A259 the turning up to Highdown Hill is just on the left of the dual carriageway after the Northbrook College roundabout.

Highdown Tea Rooms
Perfect for a nice gossip
" I love going to these Tea Rooms after walking over the downs. It is very cosy, with a lovely smell of freshly made cakes and coffee. If the weather is warm, then seats are provided outside, but the rooms are so cosy that after a brisk walk in the cold it is a pleasure to enter. It is the perfect place to go with friends for a nice gossip, something we do often. Next door to the tea rooms is also a much larger eating house and pub, which has a large play area for kids, so the whole area of Highdown has something for everyone.

Highdown Hill is the perfect starting point for a trek over the South Downs, with a number of footpaths leading to various villages such as Angmering (where The Spotted Cow is particuarly recommended) and Patching where you will find 'The Horse and Groom' and 'The Fox' (both good pubs, although I tend to favour 'The Fox' as it is a genuine village pub serving good food and beer.)"
